Your privacy and your data
We collect what is needed to teach you, we never sell it, and you can see what Wobo remembers and erase it whenever you want.
What we hold
Your account details, your board and class, your syllabus edits, your learning history and mastery, your saved boards, and what Wobo remembers about how you learn. Billing details are held by our payment provider, not by us.
What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not advertise, so there is no profile built for advertisers. We do not use a child's learning data to market to them.
Who else sees it
Third-party AI and infrastructure providers process what is needed to run Wobo, under contract, and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Your parent sees only what the parent link shows, and only if you or they set it up.
Seeing it
Open You, the last of the four doors. Under Settings, Your data. The memory page lists what Wobo knows about you in plain sentences, line by line.
Erasing it
Open You, the last of the four doors. Under Settings, Your data, then erase and start over. It asks once. It clears what Wobo remembers about you, the conversation Wobo was holding, your mastery and progress record, your profile, your mail choices and the parent link, from this device and from your account, and it cannot be undone.
What erase does not reach yet
Your individual answers to practice questions, your ink on the board, your session times, and a syllabus you uploaded yourself. Those are still held, and the account itself, with its email and password, stays open. To have all of that removed, write to support@heywobo.com and ask, and we will do it by hand.
There is no download yet
We do not have a button that gives you a file of everything. If you want a copy, write to support@heywobo.com and we will put one together for you.
If you are under 18
Everything on this page works the same at every age today. There is no consent switch on memory, voice or photographs yet, and until there is we will not pretend otherwise. A parent can ask for anything on this page on your behalf, at support@heywobo.com.
