Your account and signing in
Sign in with an account you already have, or with your phone number. One account carries your board, your progress and your plan across every device.
Signing in with an account you already have
There is a button for continuing with a Google account. Tap it, choose the account, and you are back here signed in. Wobo asks that account for your name and email address and nothing else: no contacts, no calendar, no files, and nothing is ever posted anywhere on your behalf. A button for continuing with an Apple account is on the same screen; where a way in is not switched on yet, the screen says so under the button rather than letting you tap something that does nothing.
Signing in with your phone number
Enter the phone number you want to use and Wobo sends a code. Enter the code and you are in. There is no password to forget.
Adding a second way in
On You, the last of the four doors, add an email address to an account created with a phone number, or the other way round. Verify it once and either will get you in. This is worth doing before you change phones.
Your name
Wobo uses the name on your account when speaking to you. Change it on You, the last of the four doors, and Wobo uses the new one from the next turn.
Changing your phone or email
Open You, the last of the four doors. Verify the new one before the old one is removed, so you are never locked out.
Signing out and signing in elsewhere
You can be signed in on several devices at once. Your place, your progress and your saved boards follow you. Signing out on one device leaves the others alone.
If you cannot get in
Check the number or address for a typo first; almost every failure is that. If a code does not arrive within a minute, ask for another. If you are still stuck, write to support@heywobo.com from any address and tell us the number or email you used.
