Chemistry, ICSE class 10
Periodic properties, chemical bonding, acids and bases, analytical chemistry, mole concept, electrolysis, metallurgy and organic chemistry, taken unit by unit from the paper set for the certificate year.
ICSE class 10 sets 9 chapters of chemistry. We hold the units from the board's own document, and no topic lists under them.
Chapters
- Periodic Properties and variations of Properties
- Chemical Bonding
- Study of Acids, Bases and Salts
- Analytical Chemistry
- Mole Concept and Stoichiometry
- Electrolysis
- Metallurgy
- Study of Compounds
- Organic Chemistry
The mole concept has stopped my child dead. Is that common?
It is one of the two or three places in the whole course where a class quietly divides, and it divides on one idea rather than on effort. A mole is a counting unit, and until that lands nothing built on it will. Wobo will stay on that single idea, and try it a different way rather than saying the same sentence louder.
