The certificate year's biology units take the plant and the human body further, and add the material on health and the environment that the paper leans on. Units only, as the Council publishes them.

Are diagrams really worth the time they take?
In this paper they carry marks of their own, and a labelled diagram often answers faster and more completely than a paragraph would. Drawing one from memory is the skill being tested. Wobo builds a figure stroke by stroke while it explains it, and then hands it back blank so the labels can be practised rather than re-read.
